We currently operate as an online-only store. All our collections are available exclusively through our website and official social media channels.
Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the UK and select international locations. You can check availability at checkout or contact us for specific region inquiries.
How long does shipping take?
UK orders: 3–5 working days
International orders: 7–12 working days, depending on destination
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. We offer free UK shipping on orders above a certain value (e.g., £100).
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can return unworn, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Return shipping costs are not covered unless the item is faulty.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are accepted for the same item in a different size (subject to availability). Please initiate an exchange request via email.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.

Is Cash on Delivery available?
