1. Returns and Refunds

Changed your mind? No problem.

Items may be returned within 14 days at your own expense by Royal Mail with a signature.
Products must be returned in the same condition as received.
You will be reimbursed to the value of the goods minus the original shipping charges.

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please check your order as soon as you receive it.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us within 2–3 days so we can review the issue and work out a solution.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges — both to return the original item and to re-send the replacement.
